The River Moriston is known as a spring river. So much so, that in many years the first fish to come from the Ness system are caught in the lower handful of pools on the river, situated below the main Estate Lodge. What many people don't know, is that the river continues to fish well right through to the end of the season, with notable runs a pools spread out along the estates beat.
